We seem to be able to change the burners (not sure did it right) but what about the oven? do you have any instructions to help us?
1 Answer Hi Brenda, the model number given looks more like a serial number instead. Could you please send a valid model number and I can help you find the parts you need. Thanks! Read More...
Kball October 02, 2012 for Model Number fpgf3081kf Is there a way to change an orifice on this stove with out lifting the top. I thought you could, but I can't find a tool that will go down the hole to the hex head of the orifice.
1 Answer Hello Kball. Yes, just remove the screws securing the burners and remove the burners from the top. Then you can access and remove the orifices from the unit without raising the top of the unit. Read More...
Sally September 26, 2012 for Model Number TGF351AWC I don't want to pay $20 each the nat gas orifice spuds when an LP conversion kit that includes all of them is nearly $20! Why don't you offer a kit for both conversions? I am moving to the city where LP is not an option but my appliances are new enough I don't want to replace them, however, at that price I can pick up a used stove for less!
1 Answer Hello Sally. Sorry, but you will need to contact the manufacture for the reason why there is no kit. We do not have that information available. Thank you. Read More...
1 Answer Sally, the manufacturer does not offer a conversion kit for LP to NG. You will need to purchase the NG orifice 316237902. Thanks! Read More...

Gene F. September 08, 2012 for Model Number GLGF386DBG Is there a trick to unscrewing the orfices for a lp conversion? We tried to unscrew one and it broke off, they are very tight. Are they right or left handed threads?
1 Answer Hello Gene, These are right handed thread so counter-clockwise should remove them. Most are 7mm. They do tend to seize over time since the heat they are exposed to expands and contracts the metals so drastically. The only way this can be partially avoided is to apply some grease to the threads during the installation of the orifices. If you twisted one off,you will have to replace the ignitor/orifice assembly. If you try to drill and easy-out the old orifice, the assembly will have to be removed from the unit to get all of the metal slivers out since they will hamper the normal operation of the burner. You can try to heat the ignitor assembly first as this will expand the metal and they will sometimes release. The trick to this is after the metal has been heated, use an ice cube, touching only the orifice. This causes the orifice to contract and if the ignitor assembly is hot, it is expanded. This will SOMETIMES do the trick. Read More...
