Bob June 08, 2012 for Model Number FFGF3015LBD I ordered Part AP4374168 And used GRLP3 out of the kit , 4 orifices on the top burners and they work fine , also converted the regular, it is the steel top type. On the oven I turned the spud down for LP and adjusted the air on it and I get a high flame that comes up into the oven. No matter where the air adjustment is it still gets a high flame inside the oven. Please help me out on this.
1 Answer Bob, It sounds like there's no LP pin inside the valve opening. You'll need to remove the orifice from the safety valve and check for the LP pin. ( the LP pin looks like a 3 point arrowhead, with a hole in the point), you'll need to cross reference the orifice to the LP kit and install the orifice. If the pin is there, you'll need to raise it using needle nose pliers and twisting, high enough for it to meet the Nat gas orifice when you turn it down. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
Joel May 23, 2012 for Model Number plgc30s9eca Hello there. I would like to convert from nat gas to propane for my frigidaire gas range (model plgc30s9eca). From what I understand, the burners remain the same, and the jets get replaced. Is this the correct conversion kit, and does this kit include all four jets as well as the different jet sizes needed? Thanks, Joel

Marilyn April 01, 2012 for Model Number fgfl87dcg I am confuse on how many items and what areas need changed to convert from natural gas to lp
1 Answer Marilyn, The insruction booklet that comes in the conversion kit will be a bit more explicit but, You will need to replace the five, burner orifices on the top burnmers. You'll need a 7 MM nut driver, and in your case, each burner will have a different orifice, and you'll need to be specific. You may have to replace the bake and broil oven burner orifices, or at least adjust them with a 1/2 inch open end wrench. The Gas regulator 5304521339 Does not need to be replaced, but you will need to covert it to LP gas using a crescent wrench and or flatblade screwdriver. You will also need a small flat blade srewdriver to adjust the low flame setting on the top burner valves. Once you have the kit and the instruction sheet, you'll do fine. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
