Hello Bob, To get the natural orifices you will have to order the orifice holder assemblies. You will need the 316237702 for the left rear, 316237805 left front, 316237707 right rear, and 316237802 right front. The regulator will need to be converted by removing the plastic cap and flipping the brass nut on it and putting the plastic cap back. The bake and broil orifices can be adjusted by turning them counterclockwise 1 1/2 to 2 turns and adjusting the yellow tipping from the flame with the air shutters. I'm sorry but this part 316237802 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Len, There is no kit for switching back, you will need 2 of 316527500 for the left side burners and 316527511 front right and 316527504 back right.

Ryan, For the oven you would need to loosen the orifices 1 1/2 to 2 turns and close the air shutters to about 3/4 of the way open. On the regulator flip the brass cap from LP to Natural and for the main top you will need to get the orifice holders left rear 316237702, right front 316237802, right rear 316237707 and left front 316237805.
