Rusted Bottom Washer January 24, 2017 This seem to be a Big problem. Has this been on a recall list and I was not notified. The water completely runs out at the bottom. I bought the washer and dryer and both pieces are constantly needing repairs. Please respond

I bought the unit with it's companion dryer. If I give you the model number for the dryer will you be able to determine the model number for the washer. Molly June 26, 2012 for Model Number GLTF2940FS 27in Hello, is this the part that goes at the bottom/front of the washer? Mine is rusted and initially I thought it was a drawer, I purchased them dirt cheap (I can't see the model number but when googling GLTF2940FS the pictures are the same as my washer) so it was already rusted and never even bothered to see if it was really a drawer or not. Now it is sitting on a space where I can't open (if it was a drawer) so I am unsure if this is the part.....apparently it is but would like a definite answer. Thank you!
