Jan August 22, 2013 for Model Number FRS6R5ESBN Ice freezing in clumps (? from water leaking into the ice bucket) after being made and preventing from dispensing from door. Water running from (?somewhere) inside freezer and freezing onto frozen food and in bottom of freezer. Water dispenser on door shoots water out automatically when the automatic ice maker is supposed to be filling instead. Could there be a clog inside the automatic ice maker and the water that is supposed to fill it, runs over instead? Or could the water valve be bad? Would either of these things explain the water dispenser just running water out onto the floor automatically (presumably when the ice cube trays should be filling?) Thank you!

Cyberclark January 25, 2013 for Model Number FRS26ZGH The Pure Source Plus Water System was left for some time with the mechanical shut off bar in the "up" position. Now, with it down we have no chilled water, the ice auger doesn't turn and a few old cubes dropped out of the unit. Suspect not working in that regard. I tried a reset according to the sticker. Pushed in the dispense switch and held it there for 5 mins didn't seem to make any difference. I shut off the fridge at the main breaker for a few moments then turned it back on Still??
