1 Answer Mickey, You will want to check to make sure that the crushed/cube solenoid next to the auger motor is not stuck in the up position. If it is then it would need to be replaced. This would be the most common cause other than ice build up behind the door in the crusher bin that opens for the cube ice. Jerry October 26, 2019 for Model Number FGHF2366PF5A The LEDs on the user interface assy many are burned out this is the second time this has happened. The refrigerator is only 5 years old, the first time it happened it was less than a year old and was covered under warranty. Within a year of the new interface replacement, I noticed LEDS on the temp numbers going out and I do not leave the display on. Now the LED's indicating water, cubes or crushed are out. Is this an indication that the whole board is failing or just the LED? I don't want to send $150.00 just for the convenience of knowing what is going to come out in my glass.

However, it could not be guaranteed that the LEDs are all that would fail or if this would have an impact on the proper operation in the future. 1 Answer Bill, Underneath the front of the display there will be 2 screws. Remove these screws and remove the piece of trim at the bottom of the display. There will be 2 screws behind this trim piece. Remove the screws and pull the bottom of the display and it will come out. Read More...
