The door won’t latch. Serial # HG200384N. Manufactured May 2016

Hello Shawn, You will need to check the door hook for spring tension. If this does not feel spring-loaded, you will need to open the door and replace either the door hook or the door hook spring, whichever is broken. This is the most common cause of the complaint provided.
