Maureen March 16, 2013 for Model Number 36362709200 Grease is leaking from the top inside round disk. Grease is also leaking down from the microwave on to the stove & walls. I can smell grease, so there must be a significant amount of grease building up behind the stove. What is causing this & how do I repair it?
1 Answer Hello Maureen, Since the microwave has no grease in it from the factory, it must be something that has been cooked in the unit and the evaporation has spread the grease around inside the unit. All that can be done is to dis-assemble the unit to clean the grease from the inside so it will not come out when heated. Read More...

Guest March 06, 2011 This mocirwave works for about 2 minutes then shuts itself off, then after about 20 minutes it turns itself back on. What could be making the microwave shut itself off?
1 Answer Hello. Check all you connections and make sure they are good and tight. A loose wire can cause this problem. If everything is ok, you could have a bad control board, or H.V. transformer. Hope this helps. Read More...
