Sarah June 22, 2013 for Model Number WNSE5260D0WW Our washer works great sometimes, then it seems to just stop randomly throughout the cycle. Sometimes it stops as it is filling up before I even close the lid...sometimes it fills and stops (and sometimes appears to start the entire cycle over when I hit the Start button to get it going again) and other times I don't believe it does the full spin cycle so I do just a Spin cycle and it's fine. But I'd like a suggestion as to what might be the problem. I thought maybe a new control panel would do the trick, but didn't want to spend the $$ unless I had an expert opinion! Thanks a bunch!
1 Answer Hello Sarah, As per the tech sheet for your model, before replacing the control, first dis-connect and re-connect all connectors to the circuit board. The other end of the connectors should be checked also. The connections should be checked in case a bad connection is causing the complaint. This actually sounds like a connection problem. Craig February 05, 2013 for Model Number ware5260dww my washer intermittently will not go into a spin cycle. I replaced the control and it worked great on the first two loads but when I did a third load it went thru the rinse but would not enter into the spin cycle any suggestions?
1 Answer Hello Craig, You will want to check the pressure switch hose for clogs or being kinked. Also check the drain pump to make sure that there is no clogging and that the vanes are in good condition. The drain being clogged would not allow unit to spin if there is water in the unit that is causing the pressure switch to stay closed. Read More...
1 Answer Hi Juanita. Dis assembly – Control Panel. ?? To remove control panel, remove screws, then pry out on each side to release tabs, then tilt forward & to the right. Control panel part # WH12X10271. Remove front knobs. Make sure that you have removed body static by grounding yourself first on bare cabinet metal.Do this a few times over and over. Try to touch only the outside corners so static does not inject into the board logic controls. Then mark all wire connections before removal so you insure proper installation. Use a cell phone picture if needed. The wiring diagram is supplied in the same area if needed for quick reference. Reinstall in reverse procedure. Thank You. Read More...

Kevin A. August 08, 2011 for Model Number wwse5240d0ww My washing machine will not turn on. Am I to assume it's the control board or something else?
1 Answer Hello Kevin. You will need to check and see if there is power coming to the control board WH12X10271. If so, and the board does not work, you will need to replace the control board assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
