Sarah for Model Number WNSE5260D0WW Our washer works great sometimes, then it seems to just stop randomly throughout the cycle. Sometimes it stops as it is filling up before I even close the lid...sometimes it fills and stops (and sometimes appears to start the entire cycle over when I hit the Start button to get it going again) and other times I don't believe it does the full spin cycle so I do just a Spin cycle and it's fine. But I'd like a suggestion as to what might be the problem. I thought maybe a new control panel would do the trick, but didn't want to spend the $$ unless I had an expert opinion! Thanks a bunch!
Answer Hello Sarah, As per the tech sheet for your model, before replacing the control, first dis-connect and re-connect all connectors to the circuit board. The other end of the connectors should be checked also. The connections should be checked in case a bad connection is causing the complaint. This actually sounds like a connection problem.
