Jeanette B. May 19, 2014 for Model Number microwave/oven wall unit jkp86b0f788 What number would the key panel be?
1 Answer Jeanette, I believe your model should read JKP86B0F7BB. The black control panel is part number WB36T10735. Thanks! Read More...
1 Answer Jeanette, If the control board has power to it but does not get any response from the keys then the control panel WB36T10735 would be the issue and need to be replaced. Read More...
Jay August 08, 2013 I need to replace part # WB36T10735. Is this pretty much pull out and plug in or if not is it do-able by me? I am good at this kind of thing. Are there any tricks to it? Touch key numbers only partially working. Model JKP86S0H2 Thanks, Jay
1 Answer Hello Jay, I'm going to guess this is an over the range unit. If so, you will un-plug the unit and remove the two screws along the top edge so the air grille can be removed. Once this is removed, you will see the single screw at the top center of the control panel. This screws removal will allow you to slide the control up and un-hook it from the unit body. From this point you should take several pictures of the wiring from different directions to help avoid confusion during re-assembly. Once the wires are dis-connected, you are ready to remove the screws holding the board to the control panel. Of course, re-assembly is done in the reverse order. Read More...
Greg January 20, 2012 for Model Number JKP86BF7BB Oven will not heat on bottom or top burners. Tried the temp sensor. Did not fix the problem. What are the common problems with this oven.
1 Answer Hello Greg. The oven control board WB27T10500 and the smart board WB27T10091 can cause this problem. Also, the limit switch WB24T10077 can as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
