Hi Lester. If the back wall of your freezer wall has frost build up on it, then it is safe to say you have a defrost failure. In your description above, then you will need defrost heaters part # WR49X392. Also the defrost thermostat that controls the heater power is part # WR50X55. Hope this helps. Thank you.
