Hello Joel, The first thing to check is the exhaust duct. The cutouts inside the unit are opened by high temperature. If the unit cannot exhaust the heated moisture, the thermal contacts will open. Checking the exhaust consists of physically ensuring there are no crimps or clogs. If this checks out good, you will probably need to check the rear drum bearing and the front bearing and slides. These can be dragging and causing enough of a current draw to open the motor thermal cutout. The motor could also be the source of the current draw, in which case, it would need to be replaced.
