Tony, on the hinges of the grill assembly there will be a notch for the bottom of the springs to attach to while the top would attach to the plate.

Val, At the front top ledge there will be 2 or 3 screws that you will remove that will allow you to pull the air grill off by sliding it to the left and the removing. You will install the new air grill in reverse.

Hello Theresa, The easiest fix is the grille assembly WB07X10451. This is replaced with a Phillips head screwdriver and two screws. For a little less money and a lot more assembly you can order WB36X10189. The parts explosion is the only guide available for this repair.

Rita, There should be a couple of clips at the bottom of the grill that you will slide into openings on the frame of the microwave. Once you have them in the grill should slide to the right and insert the top under the cabinet and install the screws.
