Theresa for Model Number JVM3670SF02 When we opened the microwave door, the part on top that opens about 45° when it's running fell down and won't reattach. It looks as though a little black piece is broken on the right side. Which part do I need? Are there instructions for replacement?
Answer Hello Theresa, The easiest fix is the grille assembly WB07X10451. This is replaced with a Phillips head screwdriver and two screws. For a little less money and a lot more assembly you can order WB36X10189. The parts explosion is the only guide available for this repair. Read More...
