Charles January 20, 2012 for Model Number TFX22RLJ The freezer side, bottom hinge replacement, do I run the water line thru the hinge pin??? If so how do I do that, dis-connect the plastic fitting joint that is located in the front of the bottom panel?
1 Answer Hello Charles. Yes, you will disconnect the joint fitting and remove the water line from the hinge. Then reinstall the line back through the new hinge WR13X10020. Hope this helps. Read More...
Mark June 02, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore Refrigerator 363-48047890, Serial #75027676 Are the riser cams already attached to the lower hinge? If yes great. If no, how do they get attached? With a bolt/nut (is that included) or some other way like a fastener. As I already have a riser cam but no way to remove original fastener and put in new cam with fastener. Please be specific.
1 Answer Hello Mark. The part comes as pictured, meaning both of the cams needed are included. One comes attached to the hinge and the other one attaches to the door (the loose one). If you need the lower cam (permanently attached to the hinge), you will have to purchase the kit as the manufacturer does not offer the lower cam separate. Hope you find this information helpful. Mark June 02, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore Refrigerator 363-48047890, Serial #75027676 If I order AP2063068 Made by GE, is the cam riser already attached to the lower door hinge for the refrigerator side? I have already bought a cam riser but then realized that the lower hinge that came with the fridge has a fastener and not a nut/bolt holding the cam riser in place and I don't have a fastener removal or installation tool. Thank you for your time and your answer in advance.
1 Answer Hello Mark. Yes, the kit WR13X10020 does come with the cams, according to the description. Hope this helps. Read More...
