How do I get the water line through the lower hinge and grommet kit? The water line goes through the sealed door and there is a coupling behind the plastic grill in the front. Looking at the coupling, it will not pass through the hole in the lower hinge kit. Are there written instructions with diagrams? What assistance can you lend?

I believe part of a small brown or black washer on the bottom hinge must have broken off and the door closes but you have to push on it so the magnet catches. The door stays closed but if you dont push hard on it it will remain slightly open. I would like to know what we need to order to fix this; otherwise the refrigerator works great.
