Hello Dennis, it sounds like your cam riser WR2X4901 and door stop WR2X7213 may need replacing. You will need to remove the top door hinge and raise the door off the lower hinge. Replace the components and re-install the door. Hope this helps!

Hello Tom, You would want to check to see if the part is upper 240328203 or lower 240457701 cam that is broken. On both parts the door will have to be removed to replace. The upper one you will need needle nose pliers and make sure that there is none of the other part up inside the door.

Hello Judy, When replacing the lower hinge cam WR13X10020 you should also replace the upper cam WR2X4901. When the lower cam gets damaged it also will damage the upper cam on door.

Hello Mark, You should check to see if either the upper or lower cam is broken. If the lower cam is broken order part number WR13X10020 and if the upper cam WR2X4901. If they are worn you may want to replace both. If they both look in good condition then you would want to adjust the leveling or the refrigerator door.

Hello Chris, These have cams on the lower door hinge that cause the door to shut. You will need to order one WR2X4901 cam riser, and one WR13X10020 lower hinge kit. This will correct the door closure. You may want to lighten the load in the fresh food door by moving things in glass jars to another section. Also, the heavier things you want to leave in the door, move toward the hinge side of the door to lessen the leverage the weight has on the risers.
