Hello Chris, if some of the buttons work and some don't you more than likely have a defective touchpad part number WB27T11343. If you are referring to the microwave clock being dim, replacing the control panel address both these issues if it has a transformer mounted on the rear of it. Hope this helps!

Hello Theo, This can be caused by a loose connection such as a loose wall outlet or connection between the breaker and the unit. If this is not the case, the control WB27T11294 is the first suspect.
