Greg October 13, 2022 for Model Number PT970SR3SS The microwave display did not work nor did any of the buttons. I just replaced with new WB27T11345 Main Control Board. The display now lights up and sits with what appears to be the main menu. The display then changes to say "please press clock". Nothing happens when I press clock or any other button. I have powered on and off several times with same results. The oven portion of the control panel works fine. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Chris October 18, 2019 for Model Number PT970SR2SS The buttons for the microwave only have been not responding to touch and the clock is really dim. Sometimes a couple buttons will work, but other times no buttons work. The buttons for the oven work fine. Do you think the Main Control Board needs to be replaced?
