Ryan January 28, 2022 for Model Number PT970SR3SS This is very confusing. When I go to your website "Appliance Parts Pros" and click on "Shop for Parts" and then enter model number PT970SR3SS in the search box It opens up a new page with 8 diagrams. First picture is microwave control panel parts, second page is microwave body parts and third is microwave door parts. Only last two diagrams are oven parts. Also this is the only model number on the unit. It's located inside the microwave when I open the microwave door, yet you keep saying it's an oven model number. There is no other model number on this microwave/oven combination unit. I have already replaced all three switches yet as soon as I close the door the table turn comes on by itself. I'm unable to heat up any food though. Magnetron just won't kick in. If the issue is not with door switches, can a shorted table turn motor cause it? Or will it have something to do with the control board?

Ryan January 24, 2022 for Model Number PT970SR3SS As soon as I close the microwave door, the bulb inside the microwave comes on and the table turn starts rotating on its own. It doesn't heat up food though. Even if I try to hit "Add 30 seconds" the time gets added but magnatron doesn't come on to heat up food. I checked all three door switches and they tested good. Will a bad table turn motor cause it or is it a control board issue? Thanks.
