Ryan January 24, 2022 for Model Number PT970SR3SS As soon as I close the microwave door, the bulb inside the microwave comes on and the table turn starts rotating on its own. It doesn't heat up food though. Even if I try to hit "Add 30 seconds" the time gets added but magnatron doesn't come on to heat up food. I checked all three door switches and they tested good. Will a bad table turn motor cause it or is it a control board issue? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Ryan, the model number given shows as a GE Wall Oven, the microwave on top should have its own model number. But this does sound like a typical door switch problem but we will need the microwave's model number to check for a schematic to confirm. Read More...
