1 Answer Hello Harry, The bulb will be blown by excessive current flow in the circuit. I would check for the proper voltage, (120 Volts), at the light socket. If it is present, check the light switch/door switch for resistance. If it shows resistance instead of a straight through connection with no resistance, the switch is the issue.
