K.M.D. January 22, 2018 for Model Number PEM31SM3SS I just need to replace a worn rotating ring. The parts available have a large price range from $20 to $50. The model number lookup says I need the most expensive one, and the $20 one is incompatible but doesn't give me sizes or any specifications. Why can't I just use the $20 one? If it's a little larger or smaller, it will still go around! Can you give me specs on the options available?
1 Answer Hello K.M.D., The roller guide assembly made by the manufacturer to work properly with the turntable and the turntable coupler is WB06X10304. You can order any part you would like but we cannot guarantee any will fit if they are not listed by the manufacturer as a satisfactory replacement. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
