I ordered separator WS28X10013 to replace broken part. GE water cooler model is PXCR33KSS. New part is different from original broken part and does not fit under the collar (ws28x10048). It is to small to set on top of the tank opening, the male part is to large to fit up into the collar. I do not see how this replacement part will fit?? Please help, thank you,

Bob, According to the manufacturer this would be the correct part number WS28X10013 for the separator on your unit. But this part is showing that it has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement. Unfortunately this is the only information available.
