Carol April 06, 2015 for Model Number GTDX100EM1WW The knob on my dryer cracked and the shaft or whatever the stem you slide the knob on to, is made of rubber and it is messed up. 1 Answer Carol, the timer control knob is part number WE01X20374 and the temp/start knob is part number WE01X20378. The knobs slide onto the shafts of the controls.
