Dennis January 17, 2022 for Model Number WSM242OD0WW The knob on the washer of this stackable washer/dryer broke. There is still a piece of it stuck on the timer shaft. The shaft doesn't appear to be set screw. The timer dial still seems to be in good shape. I can use the washer by push/pulling a black component still on the timer shaft. Question: Do you have a replacement knob for this unit? My unit is white but all I see is a black knob. Thanks, -d
1 Answer Dennis, If you get ahold of the piece that is still attached and turn it counter-clockwise then it will remove and you would just need to replace the knob. Read More...

Colleen K August 07, 2020 for Model Number WSM2420TCAWW I need a washer timer knob and received this replacement part. It does not fit. The original one is white and almost 1” in height. The one I received is black and about an eighth of an inch short. It doesn’t grab the inner dial to select different washer cycles. The original white knob had splines on the inside that gripped the inner washer dial. Is there a dial that comes with this one that would work? I could send you pictures.

Walter K. December 12, 2019 for Model Number WSM2420D1WW I need a timer knob. The one I have has an elongated neck that screws onto the bolt and is white. Your replacement knob is flat and black and I will not be able to screw it on. Do I have to modify anything else in order to be able to use the replacement knob?
