Mike, You will want to check the thermostats and heater to make sure that they are good. To do this you will test the thermostats for continuity. You can test the heater for 240 vac getting to it. If there is 240 Vac at the heater but not working then replace the heater.

Kathy, as this would cause the dryer to run continuously unless the door is opened, it would be recommended that the timer WE04X25281 is replaced.
