Martin March 05, 2014 6" Burner Element Part # AP2027827 How do I remove the stainless steel ring around the 6" element, and install the new burner element? I can get one cross bar loose, but the other one at 90 degrees doesn't have a crimp at one of the holes, so I cannot get it out.

Kent February 15, 2013 for Model Number J BP 22 004FA I had your customer service department research a 6" element for my old GE stove. The recommendation was your part number AP2027827. It has a 3 wire set up and my stove only has 2 wires for this burner. I have a picture that I can share via email if that would help. I'm also curious if the white insulator blocks and clips come with the 6" element.
