We have set the old one and new ones side by side and they are not the same. I have double checked that I am ordering the correct part. We need help. Duane October 20, 2023 for Model Number 79574023410 I cannot get the filter to release and come out of the unit. I open the access door, pull the filter down and it will not release. Ant ideas before I break for real?
1 Answer Duane, if the filter is being pushed down as far as it will go without excessive strain, it is possible that the filter head ADQ36011714 is locking up. It may be possible to shut off the water supply, press the water dispenser for a second, and relieve the water pressure just enough to release the filter.
