January 03, 2016 for Model Number LDF7551ST I ordered the top mount bracket as suggested in http://www.appliancepartspros.com/answers-for-whirlpool-bracket-cabinet-mounting-6-916881-ap4364875-question-73273.html, to use a side mount bracket for my LDF7551ST. My problem is the small side mount tab on the left side of the dishwasher snapped off. I'm trying to find an alternate way to attach the dishwasher to the side of the cabinet. The right side bracket is still in place, but there's far too much pressure on it and the dishwasher simply tips out of when the drawers are pulled out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
1 Answer Hello C.B., There should be several positions on the side for the mounting clips to fit in. If not, you will probably have to secure the unit with a lag bolt through the base rail into the floor. Read More...
