Fred C Cypress , TX September 19, 2016 Broken brackets causing dishwasher to lean forward Purchased this kit for $5 opposed to sears selling exact same kit for $52. Googled how to install it, and 10 minutes later the dishwasher is solid. Given the price I purchased 2 kits in case I messed something up, but it was so simple even I didn't mess up. Now I have an extra set if the bracket breaks again. Great seller, fast shipping. Highly recommend. Scott C Colorado Springs , CO January 31, 2016 Appliance: LG Dishwasher LDF6920WW Brackets broke I ordered the brackets that hold the dishwasher to the counter top. I went to Lowes, Home Depot and neither of them had them nor did they want to help me locate them through their appliance depart.. I went on line and found them at parts pros and at a great price. I ordered them and in 2 days I had them at my door. They were the right parts the first time. I will use parts pros when I need another part for any of my appliances. Brian S Ashland , MO March 15, 2016 Appliance: Model LDS5540ST Missing brackets and screw hole cover Thanks to LG NOT sending the parts THEY say are included with the dishwasher, I had to buy them in order to install the appliance. I sure hope the LG appliance performs better than their customer service. Very simple fix....bought the EXACT items needed from AppliancePartsPros.com and in just a matter of two days, had the parts needed. Amazing! Excellent experience. The fix was attaching the brackets to the cabinet and screwing it to the countertop. Also just popping the screw covers right in place. Joe M Knoxville , TN April 17, 2020 Appliance: LG Dishwasher LDF7932ST No power to start dishwasher Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done.
