1 Answer Hello William! You will need to check the drain pump filter, washer drain hoses, and confirm that the washer is completely leveled. Items stuck in the drain pump, filter, or a clogged hose and unleveled unit will cause the unit not to drain properly as it should. If all is ok, replace the drain pump.
