Jeff February 09, 2018 for Model Number WT5070CW Hopefully I can make sense of this.. I am replacing the coupling assy. When the rotor is put back on and the coupler gears are lined up with it, the teeth end up not lining up to the part of the coupler assy that is screwed on. Is that ok/normal?
1 Answer Hello Jeff. The coupler will engage and disengage based on the cycle settings. It should work properly if installed correct onto the unit. If not, then the board may have an issue with the cycles. Thank you. Read More...
