Aaron, it would be recommended that the freezer temperature is verified as being less than 10°F using a thermometer. If it is, the next step would be to inspect the fill tube for an ice blockage. If there is ice blockage in the ice maker fill tube, it would need to be cleared and the valve replaced. If not, the next step would be to use a small tool (like a small safety pin) to press the test button located on the right side of the ice maker motor (if there is not a reset button). This should cause the ice maker to go into a harvest mode. If the ice maker goes through a full harvest, the ice maker has failed and would need to be replaced as it would not be sensing the ice tray properly. For the most accurate information regarding part numbers, the model and series numbers would be necessary. In regards to the ice maker part number, the most accurate part number would be located on the back of the original ice maker.

Jesse, Based on this description it sounds likely that the icemaker mold has filled with too much water causing the arm to not be able to turn. The fill cup also being full of ice indicates this. The water valve not closing all the way would be the most likely cause of this issue.

Kent, When you open the left door that houses the icemaker and the door covering the icemaker there will be 4 to 6 screws that hold the complete assembly in place. Remove the screws in that compartment and remove the holder and icemaker in order to disconnect the icemaker. Then remove the screws for the icemaker and remove icemaker and install in reverse.
