Bill February 20, 2026 for Model Number LMXS30796D/00 Every thing is working except the water dispenser and the ice dispenser when you press either one the light comes on and when you press the ice the ice door opens but the dispenser motor doesn’t come on. I ohm out the 2 switches they are ok. There is a control board on top of the door ( part number on the board is EBR764684)would this control board be the issue or something else at a loss . By the way underneath the right side hinge cove there is a small control board (EBR64730408 part number) I replaced because some websites call it a dispenser control board but I did not fix the problem
1 Answer Hello Bill, thank you for reaching out to AppliancePartsPros.com The board in the top of the door, which now subs to part # ABQ72940021, would be my suspect as well. Since the ice door is opening and the lights are coming on the dispenser board is seeing the switches and the main board is getting the signal, but that board at the top of the door isn't activating the auger motor or door water valve like it is supposed to. Debbie August 24, 2023 for Model Number LFX25991ST I have LG Refrigerator LFX25991ST and need to replace the refrigerator door gaskets. On your site, this shows as mfg part ADX72930454 and ADX72930455. Both of these items are noted as Out of Stock. Can you tell me when/if you will be getting these 2 parts in stock? On the LG site, they said they replaced these original parts with part ADX72930460 and ADX72930461 but they do not list my model in the compatible model list. Can you confirm that I can use these 2 door gaskets instead on my LFX25991ST? Thanks!
