Juan November 24, 2016 for Model Number LG LSC26905TT Refrigerator stops cooling every 4th day. When check freezer coils they are frozen just from the middle to the top. The bottom part that is near the defrost heater assembly is not. I got to use a hair blower to defrost the top part twice a week and is driving me crazy. A repair man check the coils, the thermistor and the heater assembly and they were ok. Then ordered the main board but nothing change. Please help!!!! I got a picture but don't know how to send it from here. Thanks!
1 Answer Juan, Based on this issue there will either be one of 2 problems, the first would be that the sensor is not registering a good resistance reading or the unit has a sealed system leak causing the upper half to freeze over and the lower half to stay clean. Read More...

Nagi O December 17, 2012 for Model Number Refrigerator Model no:LRSC26930SW I get error CF if I turn it off and turn it on, the unit will work. After 2 or 3 hours I will get the error message again.
1 Answer Hello Nagi, The CF error code that you are receiving indicates that the condenser fan motor is not operating. If you pull out unit and pull the lower cover off, which is held on by phillips head screws, you can check the fan motor for something being in the fan blade causing it to not work. You can also test to make sure that the fan motor is getting proper power. The unit should get 12 vdc to the Condenser fan motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
