Georganna August 17, 2012 for Model Number wm2101hw one day we went out to use our washer and when we hit the power button it would not come on the day before we had done a few loads and it was just fine we replaced the part listed as f110 what else could the problem be that it dont get power

October 17, 2011 for Model Number wm2101hw I am hoping you can assist, the washer here was in a flood here at the College, our recycled water system main line broke and caused us some problems. This is one of them, what seems to be happening is the washer begins it's operation sensing the load but seems to stick on this position and we don't want it to overheat. We already replaced the stator assembly as that looked like it was damaged, the aligning pins were broken also. So if this is the board that controls the cycling, etc. I think I need to get a price. By the way the drum assembly moves without issue. We did dry out the unit for weeks before testing the unit. Hope you can help.
1 Answer Hello Rick. When you replaced the stator, did you replace the sensor 6501KW2002B as well? If not, you will need to replace the sensor. If the sensor is new, you will need to check and make sure there are no bad wiring on the unit. If the wiring is good, you will need to replace the PCB assembly EBR38163357. Hope this helps.
