The roller and axle are sold as individual assemblies so you will need to order a quantity of two, you may want to order a couple of extras, just in case. Ben, When you pull out the rail, there should be a spot on the metal par of the rail that has a piece of the rack stopper sticking through. You would need to push this part inward while pulling the stopper out.
