Hello Tony. You need to check and see if there is power to the control board on the unit. If so, and the board does not turn on the unit, you will need to replace the board. If the sensor is bad, it could prevent it from working, but usually the problem leads to the board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Mark, This is probably due to a bad relay on the control board. Unfortunately, no parts are listed so the manufacturer has no parts available for the repair of this model.

Hello Joe, This can be the humidity sensor (AP5630247) or the control board (AP4992505) that is sensing the information from the sensor. When the humidity starts high but the control suddenly drops, this can damage the control board. It is recommended to change the sensor and the control at the same time to avoid damage to either the new sensor or the new control as the sensor, when bad, can also damage the control.

Hello Mark, The manufacturer has no publications available on these units. You have to use the wiring diagram on the unit to determine the issue. The full switch should be the first thing checked. If it is operating normally, the board should be checked for burned spots. A few of these I have seen were repaired by replacing the sensors but most issues I have seen are caused by the control board.

John, The AS error would be the room sensor. This unit is not showing any parts being available to replace.

Jason, Yes, you could try the sensor first to see if corrects what issue you are having. We are unable to verify for sure what would be the issue as you did not state what the unit is doing currently.

Hello Wally, This could be the sensor or the control board but you should make sure the humidity isn't high enough to keep the unit running on 70% setting.
