The wires / connection plug going into to flapper are intact., But the connection plug with the three wires going into the fridge is the problem The three wires are 3 inches long and are attached to the connector , but the tree wires broke off that go into the fridge. Apparently I pull too hard on the connector when I was taking off the flapper off and they broke off. What should I do ? What is this mullion ? Part number ? Video help

It is the part that is called a mullion I believe(?). Fred February 02, 2021 for Model Number kenmore elite 795.71043.010 I had a broken mullion door spring. It was a 5 coil door spring wound in a counter clockwise direction and had a offset on one end of the spring. I had ordered a replacement (MHY62044106) but it was a 6 coil spring and did not have the offset. It only lasted 6 months and failed so I ordered a 5 coil spring (MHY62044103). It was a 5 coil spring with the offset but was wound clockwise and won't work. What is the right spring with 5 coils and the offset. Also what does the power to the mullion do?
