Rich November 02, 2025 for Model Number RF32CG5400MTAA We have the 3 door bottom freezer model samsung refrigerator. The ice scoop was left in one of the ice buckets and it caught on the ice maker assembly, breaking the small black clip that holds the ice maker in. It will not stay up now since the clip is broken and it falls down into the ice bucket. It's about an inch long and has two prongs on it. Where can I find a replacement part?
1 Answer Rich, This would be part of the icemaker itself and you would need to replace the icemaker assembly. Read More...

Daryl July 16, 2025 for Model Number Samsung RF263BEAESR/AA Fridge - DA97-15217D Ice Maker Ice continually builds up around the ice maker and there's a big chunk at the back of the ice maker. I've replaced the ice maker in the past. I've also applied the recommended sealant to all the seams. This was also done by a repairman. Is there something that needs to be done to the ice chute that can limit the accumulation of ice? I'm planning on again replacing the ice maker. Can it be removed even with the accumulation of ice at the back, or do I have to turn off the fridge and wait for the ice to melt?
1 Answer Hello Daryl and thank you for your question. It is possible to carefully remove the ice maker and clear the ice. However, it would be recommended that the ice maker section and all seals and seams be inspected for the point of the air leak. Read More...
