J. Gosnell, According to your model you would need the Rotor Position sensor part number DC31-00098A. It does show that there would be 2 connection points on it but you should only need to use the one that your unit has.

Greg, There would be a thermistor on this unit at the back of the tub that you will want to check first. If the thermistor checks ok then the issue will be the main control board or the wiring between the thermistor and the main control board.

Kevin for Model Number WF365BTBGWR/A1-0001

Recently purchased this from someone. The machine was rarely used, and was working before I brought it home. Plugged it in and turned the power on, but once I started a cycle the machine turned off. Brought an electrician over, and they said the outlet was not correctly wired into the wall, so it may have blown a fuse in the washer. I was told that with these items, you have to replace the whole board. Was wondering if this is the correct thing that is needed or if it would be some other issue.

Kevin, You will want to check the noise filter on the unit and make sure that it is good. With the power cord plugged in check from terminal 3 to 4 (black to Red) where the power cord plugs into the filter and make sure that there is 120 vac at this point. If there is then check the other red to black which is terminals 1 to 2. If there is not 120 vac at this point then the filter is bad and would need to be replaced. If this checks ok for power then check at the main control board and make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the board if there is then the control board is faulty. If there is no power then the wiring between the filter and the control board are bad.
