Questions & Answers

For Samsung Range Main Control Board (Part Number: OEM17902356)

Jim for Model Number NE59J7850WG/AA

I received a C21 code due to the oven overheating. I replaced the temperature sensor but the oven continues to slowly overheat. If I set the oven at 325, it goes to that setpoint, but then as it cycles, it slowly keeps rising about 3-4 degrees every time the oven "cycles" . From what I see on the different web sites, the next step it to replace the main control board DE92-02439L which you have in stock. Does that sound correct, or is there something else I should check first.

Jim, the wiring connections at the main control should be inspected for any loose connections. If there are no loose wires, then the main control would be the most likely suspect as it could have weak relays that are not opening properly when necessary. For the most accurate part lookup, the REV number of your appliance would be necessary.
