Jayr January 19, 2024 for Model Number DE92-03761B for Samsung Range Hi! When do you think this part will be back in stock? Thank you! Jayr
1 Answer Jayr, the manufacturer has not provided an ETA on when the control DE92-03761B would be available at this time. However, items that are shown as currently out of stock can be ordered and usually ship within 14 business days of being ordered (pending the manufacturer's part availability). Read More...

Joe January 18, 2022 for Model Number NE59J7630SG/AA oven goes way past set temperature and sensor ohms at 1080 at room temp
1 Answer Joe, if the temperature stays at a constant when over the set temperature, the sensor would need to be tested for resistance when heated with a hairdryer and a thermometer next to it. It should measure 1132 Ohms at 95°F, 1151 Ohms at 104°F, 1170 Ohms at 113°F, and 1188 Ohms at 122°F. If the sensor stays within this range, the failure would be the main control. However, if the temperature just continuously rises without actually stopping, the element and wires would need to be tested for continuity to ground to identify if there is a grounded circuit causing the overheating. Barb August 18, 2020 for Model Number NE59J7639SG My display board just stared flickering continuously. I left power off to it for a few hours and the same thing happens. My question is do I need to order a display panel or the whole control panel? This seems to be a very common problem with Samsung range. Some say changing part didn’t help. Samsung customer service not helpful at all. Would appreciate your input. Thanks

Mick August 05, 2020 for Model Number NE59J7630SG/AA Bad control board? During convection baking, smoke & spark came out from the back display. Third relay at the center of the board was burnt. No fans & No code. Top burners are fine. Can not bake. Regular "Bake" oven will reach temperature and then lose heat. Restart and will notice lower temp and get up to preheat and not maintain heat. 5 years old. Not sure if just relay or something made it fry.
1 Answer Mick, in most of the cases I have found that it is just that board that has failed. Read More...

Carl October 30, 2019 for Model Number NE59J763SW/AA 01 Oven would not work had a code of C-do I replaced the board with a new one and everthing works but there is a faint flashing in the back ground. Is there something else wrong?
1 Answer Carl, the wiring connection from the display DE07-00129A to the main control DE92-03761B will need to be inspected to ensure that it is secure. If the wire is securely in place, the most likely issue would be a fault in the display. Read More...
Always July 31, 2019 for Model Number Samsung NE59J7630SS/AC The LED display is flashing. Missed warranty by three months. I suspect the Main Board as the actual LED display board (the flashing unit) is getting the signal from the main board. Can anyone verify this? The clock on the LED display works fine. It's the area around the clock numbers that flash.
1 Answer Always, you will want to inspect to ensure there is not a loose connection in the wiring from the main control DE92-03761B to the display board DE07-00129A. If there is, it will need to be corrected. From there, the main control would indeed be the most likely issue, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not have a testing procedure for flashing LEDs as described. Since the clock is working properly, there is not an issue with voltage supply, but as the border lights are flashing this is going to indicate either a bridged connection in the display or a communication error at the main control. A communication error is much more likely to occur than a bridged connection. Read More...
