Nick W June 30, 2017 for Model Number RFG298HDRS/XAA Samsung: Replacing the water filter. Got the old filter out, it took a lot of pressure to turn it. The new filter would not turn to lock. Have replaced filter many times before...no trouble. The replacement is a brandx but I could not see any difference in the filters. Same length, same size seals, same length seal section. Can you give a hint of what could be the trouble.
