Bob July 14, 2013 for Model Number RS253TDBP Samsung refrigerator evaporator fan not running. DO NOT have voltage to plug for fan. Fan works outside of unit when 12 volts applied. This unit uses one compressor for two separate evaporators. The refrigerator evaporator fan motor is not running. Normal amount of frost on refrigerator evaporator and it does go thru defrost cycle. Fan DOES NOT run on refrigerator side.

Don May 05, 2013 for Model Number Samsung RS277acpn Fridge side working good, the freezer side set on 0 and reading 55. Defrosted manually with no change. What parts should I order ?
1 Answer Don, You will want to check to make sure that the evaporator fan motor is operational and check to make sure that the coils did not freeze up again.
