I have a bottom freezer. The door handle has come off. I cannot tighten the handle on the right side when facing the freezer. Could the strew be missing?

Lavances, if the mounting stud DA61-11161A is fully tightened, the handle set screw on the bottom is loose and would need to be tightened.

The handle for the freezer drawer has come loose on the left side of the drawer as you face it. I have removed the plastic end cap, removed the set screw holding the nylon bracket to the handle itself, but cannot figure out how to remove the right side of the handle. needless to say, I had break the halfmoon plastic cap that covers the internal handle parts. How do I fix the the hanging handle so that we can open the freezer drawer?

Freezer door handle issue - It's the piece that the handle itself attaches to and unfortunately we have lost the broken piece so we don't have the model #. The part number it connects to is AQ DA67-02142. We also have the cover handle part # DA63-04641. We need the part in-between along with any screws needed. Thanks!

Debbie, Unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued the handle pieces you are referring to DA97-11895D and DA97-11891D have been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available.

The freezer handle broke away from the door including the bolts. The plastic is also cracked where the handle was attached. Anyway to replace both pieces?

Julie, If the plastic is cracked where the handle attaches then you would have to order the door DA81-01437F and even then the handle is discontinued and no longer available.
