John January 21, 2017 for Model Number MHWZ600TW01 The shocks I received for my Maytag Epic Z front load washer look very different from the installed shocks. Your video (excellent by the way) shows Matt removing the shocks with a 1/4 turn. Is that how my shocks come out as well? I am nervous about twisting them without knowing for sure, in case I received the wrong shocks and break my old ones then cannot use my washer. My shocks are more square shaped than round.

Dustin February 18, 2014 for Model Number WFW 8300SW04 Why are the shocks for this model so expensive? Are they the same size as others that look similar? I can't see spending more for shocks on my washer than on shocks for my Toyota. If I can't fit a cheaper shock then I'm afraid this washer is out to pasture. Thanks.
