William March 31, 2012 for Model Number fav6800aww neptune washer constantly beeping no other error codes intermittantly responds to key pressed. If you get it turned off -- wait few seconds -- comes on by itself and beep beep beep. Can get it to select and run full cycle if we sit and constantly select settings til it accepts them. Which part -- the touch pad or the control board????

1 Answer Hello Ray. The first thing I would do is raise the main top with a paint scraper to observe the lifters. If the clutch is operating properly, when you put the unit into spin they will only rotate about 3 inches before they lock and the tub only spins. If they rotate 6 inches or more the clutch 25001044 needs replacement. If the led issue still remains, consult with the tech. sheet to bring up fault codes.
