Horrocks July 26, 2011 for Model Number GFE461LVB0 In diagnostics, my sensor test shows about 12-14F under temp. When the oven is set at 350F the temp swing is +/- 30F which I can not determine if this is in or out of spec. Whirlpool could not provide me a spec. The oven was running too hot so I ended up calibrating by setting to -30F. If the temp swing is out of spec, don't know if the temp sensor or the control board.

1 Answer Hello Richard. You will need to test the bake element WP308180 and make sure it is good. It should read closed for continuity. Also, make sure there is 240 volts coming to the range. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Mark March 27, 2011 for Model Number Caloric Prestige Series Gas Self Cleaning Stove/ Range I am having trouble finding the model number on my Caloric Prestige Series Gas Stove. I have a F3 code appearing when trying to preheat the oven. I was wondering what part # I would need for the oven temperature sensor. I think the Caloric was made by Maytag but not sure.
