The rollers have popped out of the tracks in the past because the track deflects and allows the roller to come out of it. Should I replace the tracks, as well? will the new tracks be any different than the old? Do the tracks come in sets or are they $28 Thanks each?

The roller wheels should be held on by plastic spindles but some are broken, so the wheels come sideways off the rack. Is this the kit I need? It looks like metal and the original is plastic.
