Blane J January 25, 2015 for Model Number 110228332700 Do the bolt that connects the agitator, screw down in that long metal shaft that the whole agitator sits on. Is it possible for the bolt to break off in the shaft and how do I get it out?

Jason D March 14, 2013 for Model Number Whirpool Estate ETW4400XQ My agitator is broken -- the shaft with the spines just sits atop the agitator base. I believe it is supposed to be held down by a bolt, which is still in place, but whatever plastic the bolt holds between itself and the base of the agitator has shared off. I would like to replace these parts: the shaft, the spinning assembly atop the shaft. From the diagram found here (http://www.appliancepartspros.com/agitator-basket-tub-parts-for-estate-etw4400xq0.html) I believe that I require the parts labelled/in the boxes: 16, 20, 19, 1, and 3. Is this correct? What part numbers are these?
